Contact Library

Use the Contact Library to manage contact information for colleagues, owners, agents, building contractors and others you collaborate with on applications.

If you are a member of an organisation, then the Contact Library contains all contacts for all members of the organisation. Any member can manage the details of contacts in the organisation's Contact Library.

You can add an existing contact from your Contact Library onto an application, when you are adding the participants involved in the application. You can also select to save a new person you add during the application process to your Contact Library.

You can access the Contact Library from the Libraries option on the left navigation.

Tools and options

Sort by: First Name, Last Name (default) or Organisation

Search on name, organisation and email address to find a contact

Open the Edit a contact dialog to modify existing contact details

... |  View info

Open the Contact details dialog for a read-only view of the contact

... |  Remove from contacts

Delete the contact from the Contact Library. Deletion from your library does not affect the deleted contact's participation on any applications or consents.
